EXERCISE MAT

  I created this activity because it is an effective form of play that teaches children : ·  Balance and coordination ·  Strength and body control ·  Eye and hand coordination ·  Social development, communication skills, confidence, and self esteem Material I need are feet and hands pattern made from cardboard, and leftovers fabric sewn as a mat. Children will be jumping in all different directions as they follow the feet and/or hands pattern. The area I am developing through this activity is to encourage children to sit less and move more.
