This yummy soup is very easy to make. First , you need to melt 50gr butter in a pot, then add 1 sliced leek and saute till it soft. After that, add 5 cups of fish stock, 1 carrot, and 3 potatoes - bring to boil - and cook for about 20 minutes on medium heat. When you think the potatoes is soft enough , add 450gr of fresh salmon cut up into small chunks, and 1 cup of cream then cook to boil. After it boiled , turn of the heat, add 1 cup fresh dill, salt and pepper , then close the lid for 10 minutes . Enjoy with rye bread!!
