Ingredients:
* Rice noodles.
* Onion, Capsicum, Carrots
* Cooked prawns.
* Lee Kum Kee ready sauce for Singapore Noodles.
Method:
* Cook rice noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender and drain it.
And mix with the Lee Kum Kee sauce.
* Slice the veggies and stir fry in hot oil.
* Add the prawn
* Add the noodle
* Stir them well and heat through.
And it's ready! As simple as that!
